Meeting Pod provides a collaborative work space for 2 to 8 people, which is suitable for a wide range of commercial environments, with an eye-catching tubular design, which has modular expansion capability, and a range of accessories.

The pods are available in a number of versions, being either fully open, partially enclosed with a rear wall, or fully enclosed with a rear wall plus glazed front panel with door.

Meeting Pod provides a truly smart way of working in open plan areas, creating a secluded space for users, whether conducting private meetings, collaborative working, or finding solitude away from a busy open plan office.

Meeting Pods are constructed from white PMT 208 recycled resin, (recycled from plastic bottles), M705 chop strand mat, and a Polycor gel coat.

The pod interior is lined with charcoal grey convoluted acoustic foam, in an egg crate pattern, to a maximum thickness of 40mm, which is designed to control acoustics and reverberation, and is often seen in recording studios and auditoriums.

Integral motion sensing LED ceiling lighting is included with all pods, with the number of lights varying according to pod size.

The integral bench style seating is extremely comfortable and is upholstered in vinyl for durability and ease of cleaning, but alternative upholstery options are available.

The central meeting table is fitted with a textured Formica top with chamfered edges, plus a steel base in textured white powder coat finish.

The table size and profile varies according to the size of pod in which it is installed.
