The Luna Meeting Booth is designed to accommodate 2, 4 or 6 people, creating a secluded, comfortable space for informal meetings, focused work or quick collaboration sessions within a busy open‑plan office. Each booth provides integrated seating and a central work surface, making it ideal for environments built around two‑person meeting pods, 4‑person meeting pods, and wider pod‑based workspace layouts.
Available in two height options — 1200mm (12H) and 1400mm (14H) — the Luna Meeting Booth can be specified in a wide choice of upholstery fabrics, allowing it to blend seamlessly with surrounding meeting booths, two‑person pods, sofa pods, pod sofas and other collaborative furniture.
Inspired by classic banquette seating but reimagined for the modern workplace, Luna introduces a distinctive, architectural twist with an optional rear panel that encloses one side of the booth. When positioned against a wall, or in areas where dual‑side access is preferred, this rear panel can simply be omitted to maintain an open, flexible layout.
All booth sizes include an integral table with a choice of white, light oak or dove grey MFC surfaces, paired with a support leg in gloss white or satin silver to match standard MFC & metalwork finishes. This ensures the Luna Meeting Booth integrates effortlessly into contemporary pod‑centric, hybrid and acoustic office environments.
Various power and data modules are available, to ensure that portable devices remain charged and connected during meetings.
If required, a monitor mounting bracket can be included on the optional rear wall panel, enabling a screen of up to 32″ to be fitted for presentation purposes.
